POLICY

PROCESSING/SHIPPING:

Please allow 2-10 days for PROCESSING orders (due to a high volume amount of orders.) Holidays & weekends do not count for the shipping time frame. 

Custom/duty fees may be applicable. 

Please enter your tracking number with “CANADA POST.” to view your parcels delivery status.

 

ORDERS:

If you have any concerns with your order it MUST be within the time frame of 72 hours after delivery.

Returns/Refused parcels : All packages must be delivered back to our location for full/parital refunds. (Returns are only acceptable for certain situations that would have been discussed with care team.) Refused packages which may be due to insufficient address or personal reasons will be directed back to us; Customer can choose to have it sent out back at their expense or a refund minus shipping costs as we did not cause this return.
